  • I'm excited to announce that registration is now open for Tuesday Group—a virtual peer support group specifically for daughters of narcissistic or emotionally limited mothers.

    This group is designed to help you navigate challenges like low self-esteem, boundary-setting, people-pleasing, and decision-making in a safe and supportive community.

    Important Details:

    • Open Group: Attend as often as your time and budget allow.
    • When: Weekly on Tuesdays from 12-1:30 PM PST.
    • Size: Each session is limited to 25 members to ensure a personal experience.
    • Cost: $35 USD per session.

    *** We will start with 8 sessions to gauge interest and need for a group such as this.

    We'll focus on peer support, shared experiences, and practical strategies for healing, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your recovery journey.
