Welcome Back To Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here and Happy New Year. I can't believe it's 2025 and we already into January. If you haven't started mapping out your year then now is the time to do it. Feeling out alignment? Feeling stuck? Want something better? Then you are in the right place.

In this week's episode I share how I have set myself up for the year already. Looking at all the key areas of my life where I want to focus on and improve - Money, Personal Development, Fun & Adventure, Relationships, Home, Health & Body and Career.

The key thing for mew is what habits I want to focus on and introduce into 2025, be the organised queen, my big business goals, my top priorities for the year (choose 3). What's your word or words for the year mine are connect, creativity and free and for me I am embodying "There She Glows" because I am so magnetic.

This year is about dreaming big and I have set big goals. Break it down into quarters, break it down monthly and then work each week to get to those goals. Mindset is key and its the habits that you stack and add into your life that will help you.

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. Can you believe its almost the end of 2024 and what a year it has been. What I can say is that doing the work has been my biggest Christmas gift to myself. While recording this I felt such a sense of peace and lightness in my heart. Gone are the spinning thoughts.

In this week's episode I chat about the work I have done, how far I have come, what has worked for me and what I want to take into 2025. So I urge you to take a look at all areas of your life and work out where do I need to do the work. Spend the rest of this year reflecting and journalling and step into a new version of yourself for next year. My word this year was Magnetic let's see what 2025 will bring.

Welcome back to Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. In this week's episode I reflect and look back at this year. All the things that went wrong actually made me a better, stronger, more resilient and more magnetic. It's those moments that define you and you decide am I going to make the change and do the work?

There are key tools and practices that I put in to place starting with an amazing coach Anna Lois Davies. She taught me about myself and that being me was OK being me. That actually drew the right people into my space. EFT and subliminals as well, as having an accountability partner has changed my life and supercharged me in such an amazing way.

Having the right tribe of people this year changed my business in such an amazing way. Making real connections and aligning with the right clients that truly believe in me. Plus surrounding myself with incredible people that truly love me has been so incredible.

Don't let your rituals slide and keep habit stacking so you go into the new year ready. Burnout is real and can affect all areas of your life. Work together with an accountability partner and plan the year ahead.

Welcome back to glow from the inside out. I am so happy you are here. Its taken me a long time to realise and accept that life is always happening for us. If you are in a spiral of things going wrong and you keep telling yourself "typical this always happens to me" or "why does this keep happening to me" well then it will keep happening. If you are in that state of mind right now well you are in the right place.

In this week's episode I deep dive into how when you are in a low season or things happen to you and at the time you don't understand why shit keeps happening. There is a reason and a lesson to be learnt from it. How quickly can you pick yourself up, pivot, change things up. Trying something different and realising that what you were doing at the time needed to change. I started the first 4 months of 2024 in such a mental spiral but I learnt so many lessons.

I have created non negotiable routines to get me into high vibe, surrounded myself with incredible people and have built trust in myself and the universe. it may all sound a bit woo woo but my life has changed so much for the better.
