    About the Guest:
    Arjun Gupta, author of the books like The A-Z of Mental Health & Shhh! Don't Talk About Mental Health tells us how we can overcome depression and find success. He was diagnosed with clinical depression and even tried to kill himself. But he bounced back, rose up, and found success.

    Arjun graduated in MA Psychology from Ambedkar University with a dissertation on the psychology of students who take a gap year for NEET. (2020-22) Pursued BA in Applied Psychology from Delhi University with a dissertation on men's mental health. (2017-20)

    Previously, He was pursuing MBBS from PGIMS, Rohtak in 2015 and BMCRI, Bengaluru in 2016 but had to drop out due to a psychiatric illness. He fought severe clinical depression for 18 months but has since learned to cope with his mind better and more efficiently. Our mind is not always on our side.     He has been writing about mental health and psychology since 2017. Wrote around 400 unique articles on my old blog titled "Knight of Steel" and currently write a weekly newsletter on 'Psychology with Arjun' read in 26 countries across the globe!
