  • [#9] I Dare You to Feel Your Feelings
    Jan 27 2025

Grief isn’t linear, and it doesn’t come with a timeline. This week, I’m opening up about a deeply personal journey—navigating loss and allowing myself to fully feel it. Together, we’re talking about the power of meeting yourself where you’re at, unapologetically taking up space, and letting yourself grieve without saying, “I’m sorry.”

I dare you to honor your emotions this week. Whether it’s grieving a past version of yourself, a loss, or simply feeling the weight of where you are right now, give yourself permission to cry, emote, and be still. Life isn’t just about happiness; it’s about living fully—feeling all the highs, lows, and in-betweens.

    Journal Prompts

    • What loss or change in your life have you avoided fully grieving? How can you create space to honor that grief without judgment?
    • When was the last time you apologized for feeling something deeply? How would it feel to express your emotions without apologizing or holding back?
    • Reflect on a past version of yourself. What parts of that identity do you grieve, and what parts do you celebrate letting go of? How has this transition shaped who you are today?
    • What does "living life to the fullest" mean to you? How can you balance experiencing joy, grief, and everything in between to live authentically?

  • [#8] I Dare You to Feel Good
    Jan 20 2025

This week, we’re talking about the power of choosing to feel good—because, baby girl, life’s too short to let the little (or big) things steal your joy. We're shifting our mindset in tough moments and rewiring our negative spirals. This week I’m also sharing how to flip the script and embrace the mantra: Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better.

This week’s dare? Catch yourself in a negative thought, pause, and flip it. Let’s find the good together. You’ve got this!

    Journal Prompts

    • What situations or thoughts tend to pull you into a negative mindset? Reflect on any patterns you notice and how you usually respond.
    • How can you reframe a recent negative experience into a positive perspective? Write about what you learned or how it helped you grow.
    • What does “feeling good” mean to you? Explore how you can consciously cultivate more of those feelings in your daily life.
    • What’s one belief or mantra you can adopt to help you stay focused on the positive? Write it out and repeat it throughout the week.
    • What are three things you’re grateful for today? Reflect on how practicing gratitude shifts your mood and outlook.

  • [#7] I Dare You to Live in Your Truth
    Jan 12 2025

This week, I’m diving into what it means to live in your truth. Sometimes, it’s about making the tough decisions, letting go of what no longer serves you, and stepping into alignment with your values—even when it’s scary. I'm reflections on navigating big life changes, seeking feedback, and learning to trust the process.

I’m also holding space for those impacted by the recent fires in Southern California. My heart goes out to everyone affected, and I’ll be sharing resources in the episode on how we can support these communities.

    Journal Prompts

    • What does "living in my truth" mean to me? Are there areas in my life where I feel out of alignment with my core values?
    • What is one step I can take this week to move closer to living in alignment with my truth? What might be holding me back from taking that step, and how can I overcome it?
    • What is one thing, habit, or relationship that no longer serves me? How would my life feel if I let it go?
    • If I were to ask someone I trust for feedback about how I show up in relationships or my work, what do I think they would say? How can I use that feedback to grow?
    • What am I grateful for in this moment of change or challenge? How have I grown stronger through past experiences of letting go or realignment?
