[#7] I Dare You to Live in Your Truth

  • Summary

  • This week, I’m diving into what it means to live in your truth. Sometimes, it’s about making the tough decisions, letting go of what no longer serves you, and stepping into alignment with your values—even when it’s scary. I'm reflections on navigating big life changes, seeking feedback, and learning to trust the process.

I’m also holding space for those impacted by the recent fires in Southern California. My heart goes out to everyone affected, and I’ll be sharing resources in the episode on how we can support these communities.

    Journal Prompts

    • What does "living in my truth" mean to me? Are there areas in my life where I feel out of alignment with my core values?
    • What is one step I can take this week to move closer to living in alignment with my truth? What might be holding me back from taking that step, and how can I overcome it?
    • What is one thing, habit, or relationship that no longer serves me? How would my life feel if I let it go?
    • If I were to ask someone I trust for feedback about how I show up in relationships or my work, what do I think they would say? How can I use that feedback to grow?
    • What am I grateful for in this moment of change or challenge? How have I grown stronger through past experiences of letting go or realignment?
