  • Distractions
    Jan 28 2020

We are no longer accepting the immediate over the ultimate. It’s time to prioritize your life and match it with your purpose. Like Nehemiah said in Nehemiah 6:3, “I am doing a great work and I cannot come down,” you too have been assigned with something greater for your life. God wants you to win, but you must not allow the distractions to hinder your blessings. Step into your fears and be courageous enough to live your dreams.

  • Do The Work
    Jan 28 2020

“What belongs to you shall come to you, but not without doing the work”. We live in a microwave culture that says we should have instant success and instant fame, but it speaks little to the amount of work it takes to really achieve it. There are no short cuts, commit to doing the work in every area of your life.

  • What About Your Friends
    Jan 28 2020

TLC asked us an important question in the early 1990’s; What about your friends? Science has proven that birds of a feather flock together, but don’t always fly together. Get clear and intentional about who you are spending your time with. It may be taking too long to get where you are going because you are flying with the wrong birds.

    Feb 6 2020

Champions welcome a challenge and understand that things will not always be easy, but in order to win, you have to concentrate and commit. Fourth quarter comebacks mean there were three quarters worth of mistakes, and to rise above and persevere can only take a winning mindset and a clear intention of winning.

  • Its OK to Not be OK
    Feb 6 2020

We have to come away from the “fake it until we make it” culture. African Americans are 10% more likely to experience serious psychological distress, and yet only 30% of the African American community receives mental health support. Depression is not a sign that you’re not strong; strong Black women get depressed.
