Best way to learn yoga.

I feel focused and my sister prescribed me this manual for attempt Yoga.From this audio book you will get familiar with the fundamentals of yoga,different yoga,breathing exercises,meditation and valuable tips to start yoga.It additionally offers successions that are fit to beginners.As a newcomer to yoga I found that this audio book was useful and elucidating.

This is a good guide for beginners, such as myself

I bought this audio book because I want to do yoga myself and without the help of a coach. I was able to study the breathing technique, as well as some exercises. It's convenient that there are images and I was able to quickly learn how to do the exercises correctly. Also, important is to know what to eat. This is a good guide for beginners, such as myself.

This is a better guide for seniors and beginners

This is a better guide for seniors and beginners than audio books for which I have paid $. It balance and strength exercises and touches lightly on mental and diet aspects that are adaptable to the lives of most people.

Great listen, lots of good information!

Overall, the audio book seems to be a good audio book on yoga. What I didn't like about the audio book is that many of the poses require you to start out using another pose, so unless you're familiar with the starting pose, you have to guess at how to begin or flip through the audio book looking for the recommended starting pose.

Very good explanation

I have viewed much yoga for beginners. This instructor pacing and explains everything true for a real beginner. I want to find more of author's book, however? Does anyone have any more info?

Excellent instruction.

Obviously a skilled yoga teacher. If we do this on a regular basis, it is like attending a superb yoga class. I have taken many classes, have had many instructors, and seen many videos. This one is great.

impossible to hurt yourself!!!

I have been practicing yoga for 2 years and this video is very good for learning basic yoga poses that are required to build a foundation for yoga practice. The visuals are excellent, and the narrator walks you through the poses clearly and safely. It is almost impossible to hurt yourself!!!

Perfect for beginners!

Perfect for beginners! I've taken several yoga classes in the past so I was familiar with basic poses and stretches. I am 58 years old and have started to take up yoga again and found this program to be a nice introduction back into yoga. It provides a nice stretch for the entire body. I felt very refreshed and relaxed upon completion and the hour went very quickly.
