My Monkeys Are Leaving!

This audio book has already helped me calm my busy mind and find more peace. The practical CBT techniques teach how your thoughts shape your feelings and stress. Highly Informative and Helpful.

Stress and anxiety are noted as human responses to challenges and threats in life. The importance of taming the mind, and taking control and command of it is greatly emphasized in the book. The application of presence and mindfulness, defined as the quality of self-awareness, being present at the moment; and the consciousness of our internal and external experiences are very important.
The techniques and exercises for immediate stress and anxiety release using cognitive-behavioral therapy, the stop method, and other remedies are also introduced.
This is a highly informative and thought-stimulating guidebook for training our minds to be in the moment and to take full responsibility for our emotions, thoughts, and feelings. At least, we decide our reactions, our responses are our choices and the consequences of our choices become our responsibility.
