A very helpful meditation listen

A very helpful relaxing yoga meditation listen. I bought this audiobook to help me with my morning yoga routine. This is my favorite soundtrack to listen to. Relaxes my mind, calms my anxiety, and helps me focus. Casting all the negativity and bad thoughts away. A very helpful listen. Highly recommend this audiobook.

Sweet Dreams

Counting sheep just wasn't cutting it anymore. Tossing and turning all night left me exhausted and cranky. Looking for a natural remedy for sleep issues, I stumbled upon this book by Shifting Consciousness. Love love it!

I love that this will not tell you to use drugs or medicine that can put you to sleep, and it a very good exercise also. I love this book so much and I am sure that I will listen to this again and again.

Very effective

I recently listened to this book and noticed a change in my sleep routine. I had never heard of Yoga Nidra before, but the book explained it in such a simple way that even a beginner like me could follow along. Working two jobs and dealing with a lot of family issues has been really stressful, so the guided sessions were a great way to relax and finally get some restful sleep. The stress relief techniques have been a huge help. I even created my own practice, which was easier than I thought. My husband has noticed a difference and asked what I was doing different so now I am having him listen to the book and we are working on his new routines. If you’re struggling with sleep and stress, I definitely recommend this audiobook. It’s more than just tips—it’s a whole new approach to finding peace and rest.

Beautiful

I deeply enjoyed discovering going through these chapters, led by the gentle voice of the narrator, who is simply lovely and transpires peace and kindness. This listen felt a bit like being in a live meditation session, because the narrator is so real and genuine in her approach as she takes us through the different facets of Yoga Nidra, always with the intention of finding a deep calm within to promote sleep. I will be continuing to listen to one chapter each night as it has so far proven quite effective.
