A very comprehensive guide to wall pilates

This audio is a great guide to gentle exercises for seniors. I love how it covers not only the 21 day challenge, but also the mind/body connection through affirmations and visualizations too. As we age, posture becomes harder and harder to maintain. This book emphasizes the exercises that keep us upright and strong! Highly recommend!

Clear and concise instructions with helpful illustrations
