'Twisty, menacing and compelling, you won't be able to put it down' C.L. Taylor, Sunday Times bestseller

'Truly creepy . . . I loved it' Elly Griffiths, Sunday Times bestseller

The Hunting Party meets Our House in this gripping, claustrophobic new locked-room thriller.

When you're sharing a house with seven murder suspects, you can't lock the danger out . . .

Immi think she has found the perfect new home in central London: a shared warehouse with luxury accommodation, a rooftop terrace and daily yoga, all with a surprisingly affordable price tag. The Dye Factory is a 'co-living' community, designed to combat the loneliness of big city life.

But soon after she moves into her new haven, Immi realises that it's not quite as idyllic as it appears. No one seems to know who is behind this multi-million pound urban experiment. And her housemates may be hiding a dangerous secret.

Then, as a series of pranks escalates into something much darker, Immi is left questioning whether, in this group of strangers, she can ever really be safe . . .

Average listen.

This is a good story. Narration of inconsistent voices spoils it. Read as a paperback instead.

Not so great

I had listened to The Secrets You Hide a few weeks ago and that was really good! So I did have some high expectations when I chose another of the author's books. Maybe I should have done it the other way round as I thought this books was quite average.

Very average read I’m afraid

The storyline started really gripping, I was expecting some big revelations & twists but they were both underwhelming & predictable. Shame as it started well. Wouldn’t recommend to friends

I enjoyed it

I thought this was an intriguing thriller, kept me glued to my earbuds throughout.

The whole scenario is weird, but we're told that in the decription, some of the characters are pleasant and others are quite the opposite, the darkness creeps in as the story progresses.

Narration is good, I think the overall presentation would have been better with a full cast for added drama but Imogen and Jonathan do a stirling job anyway.

I recommend this wholeheartedly.

Started off well then for boring and so predictable.

This book was so good in the first half. Building up the story, characters and suspense, however the ending was dull predictable and lacking in creativity. Shame as could’ve been a really good thriller.

Brilliant book, read it within a week, didn't want to put it down, and couldn't wait to pick it back up again. Highly recommend

Don't waste your money!

Weak and frustrating characters, especially the main character! Weak story, jumps all over the place...I say no more.
