Summary

Penguin presents the audiobook edition of The Chosen Ones by Howard Linskey.

Eva Dunbar wakes in a large metal box. She has no idea who has taken her. She has no way out....

Eva isn't the first young woman to disappear. Detective Ian Bradshaw, heading up the search, has no leads - and precious little time.

When at last a body is found, the police hope the tragic discovery might at least provide a clue that will help them finally find the kidnapper.

But then they identify the body - and realise the case is more twisted than they ever imagined....

Enjoyable Crime Thriller

I enjoyed this book, it was interesting and well written.
I did at times put it down but was easy to jump start back into it. The plot was good and I didn't initially see the twist coming.
I recommend giving this a try.

Brilliant again

Having listened to the other three DI Ian Bradshaw books I was keen to get onto the last one (at the moment, I'm sure more are coming soon)
I was not let down...It starts with Eva waking up in a locked room with no idea how she got there or the purpose of her mysterious captor. Meanwhile she is not the only girl who has disappeared and as DI Ian Bradshaw digs deeper we begin to discover this may have been going on for quite some time...

I won't spoil it for you but expect suspense and twists all with the underlying story of the two reporters and their on going relationship...which I love!...will they, wont they?

Come on Howard Linskey, write some more!

Another great read

I have followed this series of books from the start with No Name Lane and the characters have built and I love them and they way the interact.

The story had me to the end, waiting for the next one.

Thanks Howard
