Not sure yet
Since the carnivore diet is so radical, I am just not convinced to go for it yet. The book did give me all the information I was looking for, but I am not able to say it was the tipping point for me unfortunately. I would say go for it if you want to acquire some knowledge about this diet

Nice for beginners
The book has a lot of basic knowledge in it, so it was not really for me. I would have gave it 5 stars two years ago if I just started my carnivore journey

good beginners book
The book is mainly a lot of useful information for beginners and it ends with a meal plan. The meal plan really adds value to an already great book. I’d say go for it if you are new to carnivore!
