The need for early detection of anxiety symptoms to intervene and efficiently give assistance is emphasized throughout this book. The emphasis throughout the book on providing young people with self-care methods is one of its most notable aspects. The author recognizes that self-care is a robust tool for managing anxiety. As a result, the book offers valuable advice for improving sleep quality, maintaining a balanced diet, and developing coping mechanisms such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing, and deliberate movement. A complete pathway to anxiety relief
I enjoyed this lovely listen, even as an adult. I've struggled with anxiety my whole life, a burden that could have been alleviated sooner had I been given the right tools to deal healthily with my disorder. I'm glad I came across this listen (albeit later rather than sooner) as this book accompanies us, teens and adults like myself, to heal and move forward through all the obstacles that anxiety creates. Books like this make it okay to not be okay - anxiety can really be a superpower! - and make useful information and advice for young people easy to understand and access.
