About this listen
Two books in one bundle!
Self Esteem for Women and Confidence & Assertiveness for Women
Build confidence, self-esteem, and assertiveness in your professional and social life starting today!
Learn how to quickly be able to handle any situation, always know what to say, be assertive and charismatic, and build the life you have always wanted.
By addressing every conceivable situation in which you may lack confidence, these books will start to create the building blocks of lasting assertiveness and self-assurance throughout the various areas of your life.
Rather than just focusing on the theory, both books also provide you with case studies based on real-life situations so that you can apply these strategies to your own life.
As women, we have a responsibility to ourselves and the women of the future to take back our power, own our space in the world, and start building our self-confidence.

Self esteem for women
These two books should be required reading or listening for all women.
Very very good and I will be recommending them to everyone.

Starts well but quickly goes down hill
This book has some gems and wisdom but in all honesty I found myself cringing at the assumptions made throughout.
If you are not a cis-gendered, straight woman from middle class America then I doubt you will find this useful. Some of the things make real sense but the rest of the book feels very much like an elaborate marketing campaign, which I suspect it is. Pretty awful really.
