Good Helpful Audio Book
Good Helpful Audio Book thank you. Few things I find helpful in the audio book is connecting to and accepting all emotions, tuning in into the energy of the person you are talking with, being aware about body language and being able to listen with attention to connect and meet in the conversation.

Lasted a minute
When he started talking about sweating on someone on a bus it lost me completely. Monotone awful narration. Awful.
