Wow!!!
Wow! In this beautifully produced audiobook, the narrator describes why and how toxicity in the workplace can be so dangerous and more importantly gives solutions on how to handle and conquer it.
Yes, it's targeted to the workplace, but these strategies are just as effective in the home and in social gatherings! This should hands down be required reading for every employee. It includes lots of activities and exercises too. Highly Recommend!

We Spend So Much Time at Work!
This book is good for anyone and everyone, after all, we all spend so much time at work. We are also bound to encounter a ‘toxic’ person in the workplace. In this book, the author gives tips on how to not fall in line with a toxic co-worker. I especially liked chapter 4 “HR is Not Your Friend” where I was surprised to learn several situations that it would not be in our best interest to speak to HR.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book to learn and to incorporate best practices at work.

A Comprehensive Guide
As an HR Leader in my organization, managing difficult relationships within the workplace is something I experience quite often. I also coach our managers on how to do the same. This is easily the next additional to my library of resources for my staff! So much of the information in this book is incredibly applicable to the everyday workings of a corporate office. You'll learn how to identify workplace toxicity and it's potential triggers, understand why people may be reacting a certain way and how to communicate effectively, and, as a result, how to prevent burnout because you aren't as focused on the negativity around you. Whether you're simply curious about how to communicate better with those around you, or if you have people at work you're trying to get a long with, I highly recommend you pick up this book.

On point
This audiobook is definitely on point. Toxicity and toxic people in the workplace are draining, and the worst thing is there is always at least one unfortunately. This book is a great guide to emotional balance and resilience, and how to manage politics whether you are a manager or a team member. Great burnout prevention tips as well. Every workplace should have this as mandatory listening.
