Take Control

Really nice soundtracks, very soothing. Kelly’s hypnosis scripts really dig into the root causes of emotional eating. It's too early to tell how well it will work, but it's a very enjoyable experience. I can see myself committing to it.

A fresh and empowering approach to weight loss!

I have been into fitness for 7+ years and I personally have never come across or tried hypnosis for weight loss. Kelly Robins brings a unique touch to the fitness industry by taking a more holistic approach. I like how it goes to the root cause of weight challenges like emotional eating. simple to incorporate them into your daily routine

The hypnosis scripts are pretty well-structured and easy to follow, making it simple to incorporate them into your daily routine. The narrator, Kelly Robins, has a soothing voice that makes the experience feel personal and calming, which is perfect for hypnosis.

That said, the effectiveness of the hypnosis will definitely depend on the listener, as it’s a bit of a “your mileage may vary” situation. Some might find it harder to fully relax or engage with the material. Also, while the content is solid, there were moments when I wished for a bit more variety in the tone or pace, especially with the longer recordings. But if you're into trying hypnosis as part of your weight loss strategy, this audiobook is a worthwhile listen!

highly recommend for women

I highly recommend this for any woman wanting to release weight and other things that don't support them shining their light in the world. This series of hypnotherapy sessions are amazing. I love the visualizations and the narration is phenomenal and inspiring. Who doesn't want to listen to something that empowers them and allows for incredible opportunities to improve their health and life for the better. Thank you for helping the world be a better place.

gently encouraging

I found this to be a lovely audiobook - split into almost a dozen hypnosis scripts - each about 30 minutes long and covering a vast array of issues related to emotional and over-eating. Each script is calming, soothing and gently encouraging. A great audiobook to unwind to and reframe the narrative inside your head.

practical tips to get started on weight loss

I just finished this book, and I'm feeling hopeful yet skeptical at the same time. Hypnosis to lose weight-that's an interesting idea, and some of the techniques here sound promising. I liked how the author focused on emotional eating; that's one issue I had. Bonus scripts and recordings are useful tools. However, some of the claims about rapid weight loss sounded a bit overboard, unrealistic. While it seems interesting to try out most of the hypnosis techniques one has read at least to a certain extent, there is a need to be cautious with the miracle expectation part. Generally, what I would say is: yes, it's a rather interesting approach, though you should keep your expectations right and supplement it with proper nutrition and exercise.
