simple to incorporate them into your daily routine
The hypnosis scripts are pretty well-structured and easy to follow, making it simple to incorporate them into your daily routine. The narrator, Kelly Robins, has a soothing voice that makes the experience feel personal and calming, which is perfect for hypnosis.
That said, the effectiveness of the hypnosis will definitely depend on the listener, as it’s a bit of a “your mileage may vary” situation. Some might find it harder to fully relax or engage with the material. Also, while the content is solid, there were moments when I wished for a bit more variety in the tone or pace, especially with the longer recordings. But if you're into trying hypnosis as part of your weight loss strategy, this audiobook is a worthwhile listen!

A great tool for weight loss
I wanted to try something new for weight loss so this audiobook was a great find for me! I like that it works on the mental challenges to weight loss. The 21 day program felt like a great length that wasn't too short but wasn't overwhelming either. I really think my mindset has shifted from listening to this one time after time. I'll definitely be referring back to parts of it. Highly recommend it!
