Great to have a guide specifically for dad’s
Really great to have a guide that supports dad’s to understand what is happening to their partners during pregnancy and is spoken directly to them, also showing ways they can support themselves and their partner. Emphasis is on strengthening bonds whilst supporting with personal stories.

So helpful!!
WOW I highly recommend this audiobook to parents. It is easy to listen to, approachable, and full of helpful tips. Listen and re-listen. You'll absorb more each time. It's also SUPER helpful how the book is organized. The chapters are well titled so you can come back and skip around as some of the information applies to refresh. It's also great to have some of these foundations and medical speak to know what to expect. Thank you for this fantastic resource!!!

A very valuable and entertaining resource
This is a highly informative and often entertaining guide to preparing for the life-changes that inevitably come with the birth of a new child, particularly a first child. If I’d had this book prior to my experience I would not have made some of the mistakes I made. Highly recommended.
