Great listen
As always, Kerry Barnes produced a ripping good story with great characters, an intriguing mix of gangster and heart and a satisfying ending. The narrator is superb.

Gripping
Brilliant story had me hooked from start to finish! My first time listening to this author but I’ll definitely be listening to more of her books. Excellent narrator

Very good
I loved the story line informative on Jehovah's witness life rules. I always enjoy narrative by Annie Alderton so much was crammed into this I even kept up to date with the ironing lol

Great Listen...
I struggled at the start to get into this but glad I stuck with it.. Was absolutely hooked from then on, listening to it constantly.. Knowing Orpington and the areas spoken about made the story so much more real life..
