Reduce stress

The audiobook covers various ways to reduce stress while providing soothing meditation techniques that my wife found relaxing. Being aware of the sensation with continuous breathing can definitely decrease stress.

Great to raise your healthy baby

This is a great book aimed to increase milk supply while decreasing stress. The book provides various ways mothers can decrease stress and it provides soothing meditation that increases relaxation.

Relaxing!

I found the book relaxing. It gives awareness to the body and mind. It gives experiences and sensations directly to the body like tingling, heat tension, itchiness, and feelings of likeness. Being aware of the sensation with continuous breathing decreases stress. It does improve relaxation in the cause of listening and decreases stress.

Thoughtful and Effective

Bought this for a friend who is a new mother, and had been struggling getting started breastfeeding. Apparently these visualizations and meditations have helped her relax, and get into the flow of breastfeeding.
