The book with ADHD for Men

Attention hyperactivity disorder ADHD is one of the most common mental disorders affecting children as well as Adults. Symptoms of ADHD include inattention, not being able to keep focus, hyperactivity, excess movement that is not fitting to the setting and impulsivity, hasty acts that occur in the moment without thought. From the audiobook, I Learned how to practically address the physical symptoms of anxiety with the tips the author mentioned. ADHD has no cure, but with the audiobook, we can overcome the struggles we may face, like substance abuse and much more. I like the narrator and all the principles it contains to succeed.

Great resource!

Taylor does a wonderful job of providing tips and tricks along with the tools to help men with ADHD. This is such an important topic right now and not many resources are available to help. The topics covered include: social well being, emotional regulation , and how to handle overwhelm and much much more! My favorite chapter was about time management and analysis paralysis. This can really help in my house!

This is a game-changer

I had never heard of mind mapping before, so when I listened to this, it was a very eye-opening experience. It's different than anything I had heard on the topic of adult ADHD before, and I found it to be incredibly helpful. The author walks you through a number of exercises to help reduce the symptoms of ADHD and help you focus. They were actually really interesting, and I can see a huge difference with them.
