Such a book impressed us all.
This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. This book was very well written. Think of it like finding that absolute perfect fitting outfit. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.

This book explains the history of fasting, the mechanisms as to why it works, how it reduces insulin and obesity, why you don't lose muscle when fasting, and different forms of fasting. This is great information, and I highly recommend it!
