Satisfied

This audiobook had such an impact on me that I have just started intermittent fasting as I write this review, the author Serena Baker discusses a lot of great quality content to do with intermittent fasting that I can guarantee will make you give fasting a shot.

Great Information!

Look at that! The book is wonderful! Explained in such a way that anyone can understand the basic science behind intermittent fasting, this book explains it all without the textbook feel. Easy and light enough to listen to in one evening, like I did, and inspiring at the same time.

I enjoyed

This audio book telling us a lots of useful information about intermittent fasting for women. This book was very well in describes. Think of it like finding that absolute perfect fitting outfit. Health is wealth and when it comes to a woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.
