About this listen
Letting go of someone you love from a death, divorce, or a breakup can be one of the hardest things you will ever do. To avoid more pain, you may be holding onto things that no longer serve you or avoiding it altogether. When you let go of things, it doesn't mean your loss is now "okay". Instead, it means you are going to be okay.
This book follows in the style of Demarco's number one new release book Understanding Childhood Trauma & How to Let Go: 11 Effective Tools You Need to Heal (from a Fellow Survivor) in that it provides helpful insights on how to move forward from the pain of loss. The sorrow can be so devastating that your world shatters and may make you feel trapped in a perpetual feeling of "stuck in time" at the moment of loss. It doesn't have to be this way. You do have a choice.
No matter the loss you are suffering whether new or old, you can benefit from discovering how to let go, heal, recover, and move forward instead of moving on. If you have suffered:
- The loss of a parent, child, or spouse
- The pain of breakups
- The devastation of divorce
- The agony of failing on your life's journey
Join Julian on this journey of inner peace, wellness, and finding your release from loss as she gently guides you through the steps of letting go. She shares her tragic losses and how she managed to find her way to inner freedom, healing, and releasing sorrow. If you are trying to cope with a loss, then How to Let Go of Someone You Love: Deal, Heal & Forgive After Loss is for you.
Armed with the action steps in the audio of this journey, you can begin to:
- Prepare to let go
- Discover acceptance
- Embrace change
- Stop harmful behaviors
- Unleash the power inside you
- Move past letting go and create a future instead of living in the past
If you or someone you love is in the painful valley of loss, you need the gift of letting go. Develop this precious talent today with How to Let Go of Someone You Love: Deal, Heal & Forgive After Loss!

Informative and Helpful!
I lost my sister in law and my brother has been finding in hard to let go of the loss of his wife. The audiobook gives helpful insight into how to be relieved from the pain of loss, though not sufficient on it’s own. It is informative and well narrated.

IN life its not an exception to leave someone you love, there is still someone that will come to your life and you will choose to live to get free and find that inner peace somehow, its part of growing up . There's a lot of phases to move on from someone or something that they did to you. And this kind of books is a great help for it. You are not alone at this kind of battle in life. This book is very helpful, the narrator's voice is great and clear.

A fresh wind to the heart
This is an amazing book about learning how to let go of suffering. I decided to gift this to my grandma as she recently lost her husband, which was really devastating to her. I have seen some improvement and had conversations about my grandpa with her (she avoided talking about him). I would say it works, and it's going to be helpful to those who have lost someone

Just what she needed!
The author has done a good job in putting this together. My friend was going through a difficult relationship and although I was there for her, I came across this audiobook which I felt would perfectly help ease her heart… and thank god it has!! The chapters on Change and The Past Is Past were really effective and comforting. Highly recommended listen for anyone trying to let go of a loved one!

The perfect antidote to loss
I'd read Demarco's first book about letting go of childhood trauma, which I really enjoyed. This book follows on from that tackling a different theme, separation but employing the same great writing, thought provoking analysis and stylistic prose. If you've lost someone or are going through a break up then don't go through this alone, this book can help you get through.

Healing!
Beautifully written and wonderful narration. This truly is such a lovely book to listen to and one that is very calming for the soul. The book addresses how to move on, let go and most importantly heal after a traumatic event. All of us will go through this experience several times in our lives and learning how to deal with this is very important. I would highly recommend this book to everyone! well done to the author and narrator :)

Insightful and practically helpful
I listened to this audiobook because I have been desperate to manage my profound sense of loss and despair following the loss of a brief relationship which had brought lots of happiness into my life. The author describes the sense of loss incredibly well and I could relate to many of the scenarios of loss that are described. I am going to try to put into practice the tools that are described by the author, with the hope of being able to carry on with my life journey in the absence of the person that I have loved.
