Informative listen
The author has done a good job in putting their knowledge into this audiobook. I’m not really familiar with the somatic therapy, but this book was a great introduction. It practically helps widows to ease the pain of losing a spouse and moving on with life. Their are numerous exercises which one could implement in their daily routine, and also dos and donts on one should follow. Great listen!

A deeply informative and invaluable listen
Dealing with the loss of a loved one is a traumatic event, we often feel as though we’re dealing with it alone. Somatic therapy was new to me, but came recommended and this book has proved to be the perfect introduction, clearly explains the seven stages of the grieving process as well as practical tips and worksheets to get through to the other side. I was very pleased to find a PDF of the audiobook attached too which has proven invaluable as a resource to return to. Thank you.
