Get Your MOJO Back!
I really liked this audiobook. It's very well narrated and goes through all the hows and why's we get into a slump and more importantly how to get out of it. This is so important of you're not feeling yourself and you need some help to get back to normal.

A breath of fresh air
This audiobook is a breath of fresh air. Although I’ve read books on mindfulness this book presented the information in such a practical and interesting way that I could not switch it off. The tone is relaxing but not sleepy, really fun to listen to and easy to follow.
I loved the anecdotes that are used for illustration and I love the main messages – the need to focus on the present, on self-compassion not self-criticism.

Beautiful words of encouragement and hope
Author Grace Churchill has a true gift for bringing motivation and hope to people in despair. We all suffer from pains of our everyday lives, and we feel that our pain is so personal and tailored to our circumstances that no one else could possibly understand or help. But this book really can help, It's the kick in the butt we all need to take control of our lives and stand on our own feet moving forward. We don't need to feel alone and hopeless. There is hope and strength inside all of us, and this book can help us to unlock them. Juanelle Louise Holl once again does a great job of bringing Grace's words to life and light, The author and narrator together make this a fantastic book and a cherished gift.
