Excellent Source to Learn Mindfulness

Great tool for learning mindfulness. It was recommended to me by my Psychologist. I did all the exercises in the book and found them to be most helpful. If you are really interested in learning this concept I would recommend starting here.

I highly recommend this audiobook.

I don’t know why only a few numbers of people have bought this audiobook. It’s so worth listening to. It’s comforting to hear that men have feelings too and they shouldn’t feel guilty about them.

Awesome product

Listened to half of the meditation up to now and love it so far. It put me into a very peaceful trance. The narration was calming and the background music was spot on.

Excellent Source

Great book for therapists to give handouts to their clients. This book I use to help clients with mindfulness. I am a trauma therapist and mindfulness is one of the tools I use to help others to be in the moment and relieve some of their anxiety and stress. Many of my clients have been relieved from their symptoms from doing the work in this book and practicing on a daily basis.

Great Resource.

This book is full of good mindfulness exercises for lots of different situations. It's very clear. My only wish is that I had not ordered the Audiobook version. If you plan to use this for clients you may want to get a physical copy, so that you can make copies of the handouts of the instructions.

A Good Start or should I say Restart

When your mind is unconsciously keeping you from being your best each day; focus, face, reset! The techniques are helpful and pretty common sense.

I definitely recommend this to my patients

I definitely recommend this to my patients all the time, and they find it very helpful. Mindfulness for Beginners is very respectful, but his approach is comforting as well.

A wonderful book that offers short meditations.

It focused on various areas of your life. There are many audiobooks about meditation that are so technical but this book is clear, focused and well-detailed.
