Depressing
I love menstrual cycle, nervous system and hormones subjects.
This book, although it had lots of interesting info felt like lists after lists of reasons for women to be fearful. Seems like the opposite of supportive for the nervous system.
I’ve not made it to the end because it seems like a massive fear fest.
Appreciate the work the author does, and I’m sure it’s beneficial, but probably don’t listen to this if you’re already living in a dysregulated state
