Good solid information

Fired Up and Feeling Great is a well-written, comprehensive guide detailing different ways to relieve stress and pain and better your health overall. The book is written from the perspective of a natural healthcare practitioner, Dr. Natalee. The book is a comprehensive guide that gives specifics on nutrition, nutrients in foods, exercise, and relaxation techniques to boost your overall immune system and make you live a healthier, pain-free life. I like the way the author gives scientific facts and backs it up with practical everyday advice. I especially liked her 10 strategies for better health, and I also really enjoy the part about exercise and movement. She truly believes the body is a self-healing, self-regulating system and shows us that we can make our own health better by doing many of these things. I highly recommend this book.

Great Book.

The writer's method on "Maximising Exercise & Movement" has been the one that has been most helpful to me personally. She offers wonderful workouts that you can do either at home or at the office. It's a great way to become motivated. There is also this fantastic App that you can download, which comes with different tools, resources, and activities. It's wonderful!

On a Healing Journey

Dr. Natalie does an excellent job of breaking down the science of healing and making it easily digestible. I was overwhelmed trying to figure out how to get healthy, but now I know what exercises, foods, and supplements to take to feel my best. A comprehensive health guide

The author is a chiropractor who explains the importance of realignment for maintaining spinal health and when we are aligned we can ward off pain. She talks about health from minerals, vitamins, supplements, and foods that decrease inflammation. She talks about how good health is work and you need to move it or lose it!! Chapter discusses exercise & movement. She also covers the importance of getting good sleep and stress management. There is so much in this book and it covers the many things we can do to maximize living a healthy life. This is a comprehensive health guide and will surely cover what you may be lacking. I recommend this healthy living guide.

New info even for experienced chiro patients

I've been a chiropractic patient for years. I listened to this audiobook to learn about new or innovative wellness practices in the realm of the nervous system. The author discussed the glymphatic system, which I'd not heard of before listening to this audiobook. I'm definitely going to take a deeper dive into this topic to learn how I can better support my body.

Overall, a very comprehensive audiobook with loads of information for people new to chiropractic care or for very experienced patients like myself. It's also a total-wellness book (not just focused on chiropractic care).
