Calm Gut, Calm Life

When you have an unhappy tummy, it is not a great way to go about your day. We are taught how to cook at school, but we need to be taught about the connection between food and the gut. I liked that this audiobook discussed key foods to eat at different times of the day. The author also broke down how and why inflammation occurs within the body. This is such a great and valuable book

This is such an important topic for everyone to be aware of. I'm a chiropractor, and there has been so much research recently on the topic of gut health, and how important it is for our overall health. There's even research that shows a connection between the gut and the brain, indicating that the microbiome (the healthy bacteria that live in the digestive tract) has a direct affect on brain function.

I really feel like this author covered this topic in such a thorough way, and his recommendations are spot on for improving gut health. I can highly recommend this, and I believe that anyone can benefit from the material covered in this audiobook.
