Decent meditations



I felt that the author designed this to help listeners release grief and find peace; feel less isolated; accept their feelings; regain energy and focus and to help the body relax.

Calming



I use or reference this book at least once a week! It is a wonderful compilation of very helpful guided imagery scripts. And I love her audio of guided imagery set with a calming voice narrator. My only wish is that they were shorter.
