Always sends me to sleep!

This is one of my favourite bedtime books because the meditation with waves always sends me to sleep. It's odd though because it seems to be just the one meditation repeated with different virtually identical wave sounds. The 'one' good lengthy one, however, still makes this a book worth having in my opinion.
