I had tried ASMR on youtube and downloaded relaxation books but nothing has been as effective and helpful as this audiobook. Listening to it is very relaxing and I can sleep peacefully. I don't usually listen to audios at night to sleep but I have several months without being able to rest at all but listening to this audiobook I have come to feel that the flow of thoughts decreases and my mind concentrates on the stories that I manage to fall asleep just by letting my mind imagine the stories and when I wake up my mind doesn't feel tired

This audiobook brought to life all the memories of my childhood and that miraculously worked to make my nights more pleasant and my dreams deeper.
