Free yourself in relationships

An excellent breakdown of how past experiences cause emotional triggers that then affect how you behave in relationships. I think we also to some great or lesser extent feel some kind of anxiety or have done and as I was reading through the book I could recognise some of the symptoms I've felt in the past and the solutions to how to change your mindset and break out of bad thought habits was straightforward and easy to implement. A fantastic read!

Helpful information!

I would like to have this book some years before. This book is a great guide to develop healthier relationships in life; it is essential to identify the anxious attachments in our lives and get free of them. I highly recommend this book to anyone!

Useful guide

This audiobook teaches you how to be more confident in relationships and how to stop self-sabotaging behaviours that you have because of your insecurities. This book offers many tools that you can use so you can develop healthy and happy relationships.

I loved listening to this audiobook.

I loved all the chapters and I recommend everyone to listen to this audiobook because it had so much information.

Reshape your thoughts--That is my favorite take home.

Very interesting

I have to admit I wasn't aware of the anxious attachment style before listening to this audiobook. I did relate with some of the symptoms of anxious attachment and really got me thinking about certain things that went wrong in past relationships. I think the author does a great job in explaining this issue, its symptoms, and how to improve your relationships, either friendships or romantic ones. If you find yourself not being fulfilled in your relations with others, there's a high chance you struggle with anxious attachment and you're not even aware of it. I definitely recommend anyone to give this book a listen, it's well worth it! Loved the fact there a PDF coming with it, it helps when looking to go back to certain parts in the book.

A well written book, on a fascinating subject

The author has clearly researched this subject well and the book is well written and sympathetic to the reader. A fascinating subject that I have been researching in order to better discover how I navigate my own emotions when connecting with new romantic partners. Unfortunately the audio version is narrated by what appears to be a very robotic sounding voice which I struggled to engage with, but the text itself is really impressive.

Awesome!

This book has helped me tremendously. I was shocked at the amount of things I learned about how to have secure attachment towards people. There really is no other resource out there like this one. I would highly recommend if you tend to attach out of anxiety. 10/10 recommend.

Eye opener!

I had no idea what anxious attachment was when I started listening to this book, and I didn't even realize how we all suffer from it in one way or another. The author does a fantastic job of showing you how to change your attachment styles and also exercises that you can do daily. We are all dealing with attachment in some form, and if you want to become your best self then, I highly recommend listening. The narrator also has a great voice and nice pacing.

Recommended reading for all.

This book is filled with so much valuable information. It provides a logical approach to healing emotional wounds, which is key in overcoming any form of anxiety. The anxious attachment style can lead to self-sabotage and can be really destructive for relationships. This book has a lot of helpful advice that you can use to overcome your anxious attachment style, which will help you find peace in your life. The author's advice is credible and pragmatic, which makes it easier to put their suggestions into practice!
