About this listen
Hugh and his friends have, to his great displeasure, become the center of attention among the student body at Skyhold.
It turns out that surviving the depths of the labyrinth and helping stop a coup both tend to attract notice. If Hugh had his way, he'd happily go back to being just another anonymous student. He has more than enough to deal with already as he starts his second year, between his crushing load of schoolwork, training as a prospective candidate to the Librarians Errant, and navigating a long distance relationship.
Oh, and the fact that Hugh and company have been dragged into trying to catch a traitor on the Skyhold Council doesn't make life any easier. Nor does it help that the traitor is working with the demon Bakori, who lurks in the depths of the labyrinth below Skyhold, waiting for his chance at revenge.

Narration leaves much to be desired.
The editing of the narration is odd, there is almost always this too long of gap between sentences that really break the immersion. I almost never felt like these were characters having conversations. And the voices for some charecters were in hindsight a bit poor, some charecters were locked in a voice that sounded mad when it didn't fit.

Poor progression
I don’t know how no one els has left a comment complaining about the main character yet! I’ve been waiting for him to get better at fighting but after 3 book he’s honestly still terrible! It’s so unsatisfying to read how all he can do is one big spell per book but makes no progress in combat and just watched his friends do all the work!!
I’d under stand if he had useless magic but his magic affinity could be used in so many battles but he never uses it or even looks into finding out attack methods with it. What’s more he doesn’t even look into ways to use it for defence which I think a toddler could work out how to use!!
Better yet not only does he not look into attack or defence spells he’s always complaining that he can’t help his fiends fight when it’s so obvious he could!
