Brilliant roadmap for emotional mastery

This work is a brilliant support in helping us not push against our inner experience, to embrace it, integrate it, and feel the ever expanding freedom of being who we truly are and living the life we know it's our design to live. Extremely Insightful

As I was reading this book, I was coming across more and more of the kind of directions I needed to get rid of my past emotional trauma... amazing book, recommend it highly!

Sorry but this just didn’t work for me

Upon reading a review for this book, I was really expecting some sort of enlightenment. Unfortunately it was a rather pointless non-experience. The “feeling “ of bodily sensations attached to thoughts just didn’t work at all. I tried and tried but to no avail. In the end I gave up. The book clearly isn’t written for someone like me.
