The power of RAIN
RAIN is an amazing meditation & emotional healinf technique & Tara is a wonderful teacher so this audible presentation is perfect - would have liked the mediation itself to be longer (it's about 15 minutes)

This meditation has taught me how to break through core negative beliefs
Tara Brach’s voice is soothing,
Her depth of understanding and compassion feels immense and has led me to understand emotionally and then physically, the joy and wonder of the inter connectivity of all things. First though I had to learn how to not disconnect through self aversion or fear or pain. It
is this meditation which has given me a deeper understanding of how to be truly loving.
