Just what I needed
Just great to hear Rangan read it. It makes it more inspiring. I got started on one health snack before I finished listening to the book. I’ve then bought the book to refer back to, but that’s not really necessary as The pdf accompanying the book covers what you need.

Excellent advice
Very accessible - makes starting out on moving towards better health and well-being manageable for everybody. So wise. GP’s could often prescribe this book rather than medication and see better results. Thanks Rangan

Superb
Dr Chatterjee could transform the work of the NHS if his methods and advice were adopted and promoted as National practice. I am a huge fan of his work and of his generous and dedicated self. As a frontline NHS nurse I am spreading the word to as many patients as I can, it is the way forward.

Brilliant, really good sound advice

Top rate book well worth reading.
Finally, a doctor that talks some sense in how to look after your body and mind. So worth getting this book and follow the advice. Have been doing much of this already but hearing this common sense from the doctors mouth is great when offering this to friends and clients. If you follow Feel Better In 5 seriously you will feel better.

Starting today with 3 Healthy Snacks
Really enjoyed this book lots of food for thought. As I listened it to it I started to identify what healthy snacks I could implement in my day and have started straight away. Healthy snacks is a great way to describe them.

Simple but life changing advice!
As with everything Dr Chatterjee does this is just brilliant. I’ve read his first two amazing books, the 4 Pillar plan and The stress solution which are so informative and has changed my life for the better. This book is easily the most simple and effective book he’s ever produced and one everybody will get a lot from. I can’t say enough good things about the amazing work/advice this man does, but all I can say is his books are honestly life changing and I’ve never felt more alive. Because as Rangan says, when you feel better, you live more!!

Wonderful book
As a Physiotherapist I know all too well the compliance of having to follow an exercise plan and its hard and people give up. I do too!
This book is brilliant! Great tips for so many areas in your life that all need a holistic view to work together to achieve optimum health and happiness.
I love this book and I love Rangan Chatterjee. He inspires me to inspire the clients that I see.
