A senior lecturer in English and Environmental Humanities, Cregan-Reid is also the author behind Footnotes - How Running Makes Us Human. He has a popular blog and has written widely on the subjects of health, literature, nature and the environment for publications such as the Guardian, Telegraph, and Literary Review and the BBC as well as numerous essays and articles for academic journals. His third book, Primate Change, was published in September 2018. Vybarr Cregan-Reid talks to us about his new book, how the human body is changing and why we need to be aware of it.
