Calvin and Darren, two grade school friends, go off to college to become police officers. Instead, they receive a crash course in criminal justice. After veteran officer Harrison loses his family at the hands of a drunk college kid, he vows to seek revenge. He and his circle of fellow officers form a tag team on a murder frenzy designed to get payback. Calvin doesn't drink, and he warns Darren after learning of this deadly coalition. Darren doesn't listen until Calvin falls prey to these officers. Now his guilt forces him to avenge the death of his friend.
