    In this week’s episode – the Season #3 finale, we talk with Azeem Ahmad (you know him as Azeem Digital), award-winning digital marketer, international conference speaker, diversity advocate, and host of the Azeem Digital Asks digital marketing podcast.

    Azeem shares how he began as an aspiring sports journalist and when that didn’t work out he shares how he landed his first SEO gig. He discusses his time at multiple agencies, his transition to in-house SEO roles, and the different challenges each type of role presents. We also get into salary transparency, disparities in salary, knowing your value, and we share our experiences and advice for negotiating the salary you want. We also cover off on why he decided to start a podcast and how he has used his podcast to build his personal brand.
