Today we are joined by Social Garden’s General Manager, Nik Sproal; who shares with us his career journey, working on both client and agency side, emerging trends in property marketing, and how to get comfortable, being uncomfortable. Nik has been a restless and risk-taking explorer since starting work in property marketing in Melbourne in 2000. A passionate proponent for knocking down the barriers between marketing and sales. A lover of data and creativity and a believer that brand and digital should co-exist in harmony. Not afraid to push back on how things have always been done, Nik has worked for (and with) brands including Lend Lease, GPT, Stockland, Avid Property Group, Mirvac, Frasers Property, Metricon, Porter Davis, Simonds Homes, Satterley, and Lifestyle Communities. Over the past 6.5 years, Nik has worked for Social Garden, a progressive and innovative property performance marketing agency
We are very proud of this first episode but unfortunately like most first time podcasters, we got the audio settings slightly wrong. We have since smoothed out the kinks in our microphone settings but feel that the content in this episode, more than makes up for it. (We’ve also been assured that all great podcasts have some dodgy audio on their first episode!).
