Welcome to the latest episode of The MarshyCast! I don’t say this often enough, but I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to chat with such amazing people, and I never take it for granted. First up, I sat down with acclaimed director Toby L to chat about his work with Blur on their 2023 Wembley show, now available in cinemas, and their To the End documentary, perfect for a cosy night in. Toby shared what it’s like to collaborate with a band that defined an entire generation and how even music legends have surreal, pinch-me moments.

Next, the always entertaining Luisa Zissman joined me to discuss the challenges of teens heading back to school and how giving them more responsibility can be overwhelming. We also explored why, in her opinion, a Taylor Swift concert beats any vacation—a perspective I’m sure many fans will agree with!

Finally, I had an enlightening chat with Dr. Scott Miller about something close to many of our hearts: our beloved dogs. We discussed the common mistakes we make when traveling with them in cars, and I learned so much that I made immediate changes myself after our conversation.

Welcome back to The MarshyCast! Yes, it’s been a few weeks, but we’ve been busy at Express FM, covering the incredible Victorious Festival.
