  • On November 17th, 2020 Moline Police Officers were dispatched to an unknown problem in the 400 block 17th Avenue.

    Officer Cesar Lopez arrived on scene and observed a figure in black clothing down the block obscured by shadows as he walked up to the residence at 10:46pm.

    Officers went inside the upper portion of the duplex to find a horrid crime scene and the deceased body of Kerry Dyer.

    11-minutes later at 10:57pm, Detective Steven Murphy advised, 10-95, which is police code for “Subject in Custody”
