So many of us which we can influence colleagues, friends, our children and spouse to change for the better. But how? Realize that you only have full control of YOUR thoughts and feelings. To change someone else you need to use the mirror neurons in their brain. When they observe you the subconsciously mirror the one they are with. If you want your kids to act a certain way, you have to exemplify that in your life to the kids can mirror it. To change others you need to change yourself. It is a gift. It will bring us further on the development scale as well as those around us.
