With all of the news on the East Coast about drone sightings and the weird information going around about them, we figure tonight would be a great time to discuss that very topic: aliens, how we feel about the topic and what really is our take on what is happening on the east coast with all of the drones. Join us tonight as this could be a wild one.

After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.

We’ve all heard a saying that kind of represents this: each day is slow and every year is fast. Without consciously thinking about it, we’ve aged to adults and have little ones we now are letting experience the force of time we have gone through. It’s not until big events that we slow down our own perception of time to reflect and enjoy but also worry for the future. That worry stems from the fear of missing more as the days get longer but the years grow shorter. Join us tonight as we discuss the dimension of time and the conscious awareness that we need to find more of – before all of our hairs turn gray or as we like to call them: wisdom highlights.

After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.

For the first time in two months, The Dads finally make the time to meet up and record -- about f**king time! This time, the dads are cracking open a brew from Schenker Beer Company, which are located in North Haven, CT. The specific brew tonight is call Watermelon Glow Up, which is a Berliner Weisse-style ale. Both dads agree that the beer is a very odd-tasting beer at first but tends to grow on you slowly. By the end, both had finished so that must count for something? The show then progresses to the 'Catch-up' portion where both dads discuss some serious situations that have happened to them over the last two months -- some of which are the reason they haven't been able to meet up.

The show then transitions to An Aware Dad, with a reading from 'The Daily Dad', written by Ryan Holiday. Tonight's reading was titled January 31, You Don't Stop Teaching Your Kids. Be sure to listen to this week's insightful reading. The show then progresses to the topic of the week.

In a critical moment of life-altering changes, no matter how severe or detrimental they may be, the idea of just using someone to vent to is one of the crucial valves we as men need to own up to more often. Tonight, we’re going to talk about just that very topic while we both do that exact thing with each other.

After an exchange of some in-depth conversation and questions, the show progresses to their "Shit-uations". Tonight's Shit-uations has Josh reading blurbs from FML.com.

In a world where we have a hard time telling our loved ones how we feel, for whatever reason, it’s also those moments where we should be telling them things. It’s those words that we have always strived for as a child and even as adults from our friends, our partners and even as far as our employers: you’re enough. Tonight we’re going to discuss the topic of filling others’ cups and the significance of that.

We’ve all been told to “walk it off” when we have gotten an injury and told to “suck it up, you’ll be okay”. What were we actually doing when we were told to do that as kids? Tonight, we’re going to discuss what we reinforce our children in doing when we tell them to “walk it off”, the effects negating how a child feels in the moment and how we can alter our strong approach to allowing a softer discussion.

The show then progresses to the weekly catch-up, where Rich talks about Brigitte and an infection she's dealing with and then lays into Josh for misleading him on some bad gaming leak information.
