Hey folks, in this episode we sat down with local knifemakers John Phillips and Cameron Kite of Primeaux Custom Knives. Primeaux has recently launched an incredible 3D-rendered custom knife builder that you can check out here: https://primeaux.us/pages/design-your-dream-blade-primeaux-custom-chef-knives

Starting from a culinary background, John realized he could make better knives than those he was using in restaurant settings, and eventually founded his custom brand Phillips Forged. He later appeared on Season 6 of History Channel's Forged in Fire, where he was crowned champion. His knives are stunning works of art that are truly something to behold. Cameron has a background in music and fine arts, with a focus on sculpture. His ability to envision a piece of work before actually creating it has led to incredible art pieces, and most recently, incredible knives.
