Well the first answer should be obvious.  I'm Patrick James!  The second answer is, well, you shouldn't care.  But you never know, given enough time, you just might.  This is my very first podcast, so be gentle.  In this premiere episode I'll share a little about me and the purpose of this whole endeavor.   With one heaping scoop of real talk and a dash of levity, I'll explore my own life journey, what's brought me to this point and how I plan on cleaning up this crazy mess that is my mind.  Join me won't you...and grab a broom, I could certainly use the help.

This is really a continuation of the first episode.  I'll briefly blather on about some of the aspects of my past that have contributed to my suffering, perceptions about myself and life in general.   I'll discuss my approach and some of the tools I'm using to rewiring my brain with surgical precision. (Just don't cut the red wire, don't cut the red wire)  With any luck you'll get a better idea of what I'm about and what I'm hoping to accomplish.  At the very least you'll have successfully filled about 20 minutes of your day with somethiiiiinnngg...well something anyway.  

Strap in!  Because in this episode I'll tell the story of how I became the neurotic and lovable mess that I am today, or at least the highlights.  I mean there's only so much I can cover from birth to 18 in a 30 min podcast.  Best of luck to us all!

Back for more eh!?  Well, you're only doing this to yourself and whoever else you've shared this with.  Are you sharing this with people?  That'd be amazing...for me really.  I like to pretend I don't care, but I do actually enjoy the attention.  Anyway, what was I saying?  Oh right...In this episode the saga continues.  What happens after high school?  Will he see his mom again?  How'd he end up if Florida of all places?  All will be revealed to those brave enough to endure the journey!  (que dramatic music)

This is it y'all!  The exciting conclusion is here!  Weeellll, I don't know how exciting or conclusive it is, but certainly is HERE.  I'll continue where I left off and explore some more of the quintessential experiences that helped mold some of my perceptions and beliefs as well as, a few tails of adventure and mischief as I make my way out of them. 

Well, we made it through the History of ME series...now what?  I guess now I start talking about what to do with all that shit as an adult.  At this point I've got a great blueprint on what I DON'T want my life to be like.  Perhaps it's time to try something a bit different.

Life is what you make of it, and sometimes I make it harder than it needs to be.  In this episode I'll be discussing my unconscious desire to make things more complicated than necessary, why I don't listen to my inner genius that knows all the things and then get to the big question: What is the meaning of LIFE?  The answer may surprise you...or it'll be just what you thought.  

In this delightful episode I'll be discussing anger issues!  What is anger really?  Where does it come from?  What should I do with it?  And why is everyone else always so wrong and against me?
