  • Well the first answer should be obvious.  I'm Patrick James!  The second answer is, well, you shouldn't care.  But you never know, given enough time, you just might.  This is my very first podcast, so be gentle.  In this premiere episode I'll share a little about me and the purpose of this whole endeavor.   With one heaping scoop of real talk and a dash of levity, I'll explore my own life journey, what's brought me to this point and how I plan on cleaning up this crazy mess that is my mind.  Join me won't you...and grab a broom, I could certainly use the help.
